1. Complete an Employment Application-Faculty or Employment Application-Staff(non teaching) and submit it to the School Office along with cover letter and resume complete with references.

2. All applicants must sign a Standard of Conduct and the Statement of Faith when applying for a position at Burlington Christian Academy.

Burlington Christian Academy seeks after-school-care workers to work with students in preschool through high school. Our work environment is centered around caring and loving workers to nurture and supervise students after school hours.

ASC Hours are from 2:30-6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Flexible days and hours; $15-20 per hr. (depending on experience)

Before School Care Workers

Burlington Christian Academy seeks before-school-care workers to work with students in preschool through high school. Our work environment is centered around caring and loving workers to nurture and supervise students before school hours.

BSC Hours are from 7-7:50 am Monday through Friday.

Part-Time Substitute Teachers

Burlington Christian Academy seeks substitute teachers to work with students in preschool through high school.

*Part-time subs ($16 per hr.)

​

Professional Qualifications include: HS diploma plus 2 semesters of college (Bachelor's degree in education is preferred), detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

​

Personal Qualifications include: have received Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior, believe that the Bible is God's Word, be a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions towards others, be a member of good standing at a local, evangelical church, be in whole-hearted agreement with BCA's Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of education, and have the spiritual maturity, academic ability and personal leadership qualities to "train up a child in the way he should go."
