Step 1 - Complete Student Application & Pay Application Fee

​

• ​2024-2025 Application Fee: per student Pay $125.00 (non-refundable)

• The Student Application also includes the following required forms:

  • Family Questionnaire

  • BCA Statement of Faith

  • BCA Grievance Policy & Arbitration Provision Agreement (Prek-12)

  • BCA Financial Agreement

  • BCA Parent/ Student Handbook Agreement

  • BCA Technology Use Agreement (3rd-12th)

  • Photo Permission

  • BCA Discipline and Behavior Agreement​

​Step 2 - Provide Additional Required Information
Additional information from previous school required:

• Last Year's Report Card

• Current Report Card

• Standardized Testing Results or EOG

• Diagnostic Testing (ADD, ADHD, LD, AIG, etc.) if applicable

• Student Discipline Record if applicable

Step 3 - Once all information above is received, BCA will call to schedule testing. 

Once the testing is completed, families should expect to hear an Admission decision within one week.
 

• Kindergarten Readiness Screening

• Admissions Testing (1st-5th Grades Only)

• Student Classroom Visit (Optional)

• Read and sign e-mailed BCA Parent-Student Handbook Agreement

• At time of acceptance, payment for enrollment should be given to the school, with payment for books shortly thereafter.
