New Middle School Student Admissions 


Middle School (6th - 8th Grades)

6th - 8th | 8:10am - 3:15pm

Financial Information - Full Day 2021-2022 (K5 - 12th Grades)


Step 1 - Complete Student Application & Pay Application Fee

***If you have previously been enrolled at BCA please use your Sycamore login information or contact techhelp@bcaroyals.com***

  • The Student Application includes the following required forms:

    • Family / Student Questionnaire

    • Middle and High School Commitment Statement

    • BCA Statement of Faith

    • BCA Grievance Policy Prek-12

    • BCA Financial Agreement

    • BCA Parent/ Student Handbook Agreement

    • BCA Technology Use Agreement (3rd-12th)

    • Photo Permission

    • BCA Discipline and Behavior Agreement

    • Parent/ Guardian COVID-19 Consent Form and Liability Waiver

    • If applicable, complete Auto-Draft form for tuition payments.
      *Please note: A new Auto-Draft form must be completed each new school year.


Step 2 - Provide Additional Required Information
Additional information from previous school required:

  • Last year's Report Card

  • Current Report Card

  • English Teacher Recommendation (sent via email to address on application)

  • Math Teacher Recommendation (sent via email to address on application)

  • Standardized Testing Results (ex. EOG, CAT, PSAT, PLAN, NC Tests, EOC, etc.)

  • Diagnostic Testing (ADD, ADHD, LD, AIG, etc.) if applicable

  • Student Discipline Record if applicable

Step 3 - Once all information above is received, BCA will call to schedule testing.

Once the testing is completed, families should expect to hear an Admission decision within one week.

  • Admissions Testing 

  • ​Read and Sign BCA Parent-Student Handbook Agreement

  • At time of acceptance, payment for enrollment should be given to the school, with payment for books shortly thereafter.
