College Planning

BCA has enjoyed a long standing reputation of providing students with an excellent, rigorous college preparatory education within the context of a Christian worldview. Our curriculum includes eighteen (18) Honors courses and ten (10) Advanced Placement courses in the core disciplines which are provided on a traditional year long schedule.

 

In addition, our students may enroll in additional college courses through the dual enrollment programs at Alamance Community College, Elon University, and The College at Southeastern.

College Attendance

  • 100% of graduates indicated plans to attend college

  • 82% to four year college programs

  • 18% to community colleges with most indicating transfer program

Advanced Placement

  • 74% OF CLASS TOOK AT LEAST ONE EXAM 

  • AVERAGE FOR CLASS: 3.25

Community Service Hours = 6,4000

Holly Clark

Director of College Planning

Holly Clark is the Director of College Planning for the Burlington Christian Academy High School. Holly enjoys working with high school students and their families as they implement plans for post-secondary opportunities. She works closely with administration in providing an enriched curriculum and testing program that is aligned with preparation for college entrance.
