Meet the New Head Coach for BCA Royals Basketball

Eric Dudley, HS Varsity Bosy Basketball Coach

BCA Athletics Department is excited about the appointment of Eric Dudley as high school computer instructor and as basketball coach for the high school boy's varsity team with Josh Stewart serving as assistant. Eric has a degree in Biblical Studies from Piedmont International University and has served for eight years as the Assistant Coach at Eastern Guilford High School. While serving at Eastern Guilford the basketball team had a combined record of 155-60 and won the 3A East Regional Championship and finished runner-up in the State Championship in 2017, and also, finished runner-up in the 3A East Regional Championship in 2018.

"When I got the opportunity at Eastern Guilford to be an assistant basketball coach, the goal from day 1 was to one day be a head coach and I wasn't sure when that would happen," Eric explained. "In my time there I tried to learn as much as I could from Coach Spinks to prepare myself. I had actually been looking for an opportunity for the last couple of years and when I saw that BCA was looking for a head coach, it just made sense. It appeared to be the perfect fit for me and my family."

While at Eastern Guilford Eric, in addition to coaching basketball, served as an EC teacher in the OCS program. Further, Eric is the youth pastor at the First Baptist Church of Gibsonville. Eric is a committed Christian and he and his family are obviously active at First Baptist of Gibsonville. He is warm, relational, has good sense, and has a servant's heart.

"I'm excited to be the head basketball coach for a couple different reasons - the ability to invest in the young men and mentor them while having the privilege to be a part of the BCA family. Also, the opportunity to pour into a program and establish a foundation of hard work, commitment, and enthusiasm drew me to accept the position,"said Eric.

Eric's personal philosophy applied from Colossians 3:23 is "Anything worth doing is worth doing well, be willing to put forth your best effort at all times so that you give yourselves a chance to be successful."

We are pleased to have Eric as part of our BCA working family. Eric is a fine role model that parents can be proud of, and he will serve as a positive mentor, friend, guide, and teacher, both in the classroom as well as on the basketball court.

Using technology to increase access to youth mental health support may offer a practical way for young people to reach guidance, safe-spaces, and early help without feeling overwhelmed by traditional systems. Digital platforms, helplines, and apps could give them a chance to seek support privately, connect with trained listeners-orexplore resources that might ease their emotional load. This gentle shift toward tech-based support may encourage youth to open-up at their own pace, especially when in-person help feels too heavy to approach.

There is always a chance that these tools-quietly make support feel closer than before, creating moments where help appears just a tap away. Even a small digital interaction might bring a sense of comfort. And somewhere in that space, you…

Detailed and practical, this guide explains concrete rebar in a way that feels approachable without oversimplifying. The step by step clarity is especially useful for readers new to the subject. I recently came across a construction related explanation on https://hurenberlin.com that offered a similar level of clarity, and this article fits right in with that quality. Great شيخ روحاني resource. explanation feels practical for everyday rauhane users. I checked recommended tools on https://www.eljnoub.com
